REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Period: You can return or exchange your item within 3 working days from the delivery date.
- Size Issues: If the size of the dress does not fit, we will gladly offer an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
- Condition of Return: Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

RETURN PROCESS
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition.
Exchange: If you’re exchanging for a different size, we’ll send the replacement item once the return is approved (subject to availability).
Refund: If you’re requesting a refund, it will be processed within 3 to 6 working days to the original payment method used.
Damaged or Defective Items:
